Suchi is a digital catalogue and WhatsApp ordering platform for small retail shops in India. A shop lists its products with photos and prices, gets a link and a printable QR code, and customers browse the catalogue on their phone and send their order to the shop on WhatsApp.
No. You manage your products from any phone or computer browser. Your customers do not install anything: they open your catalogue link or scan your QR code.
The customer opens your catalogue, picks products and taps “Chat on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with a ready message listing the products, prices and links, which they send to your WhatsApp number. You confirm availability, payment and delivery with them directly.
There is a free plan for up to 20 products. Beyond that, you choose how many products you need, in packs of 100, at ₹0.99 per product a month (₹99 for 100 products) or ₹9.99 per product a year (₹999 for 100 products). Payment is made in advance and there is no commission on your sales.
No. Suchi does not process your customers’ payments and does not take any share of your sales. You only pay for your product limit.
Register with your email address and your shop’s WhatsApp number, confirm the one-time code we email you, and start adding products. Your catalogue is live as soon as you add the first product.
You get reminders in your admin panel before the due date. If the payment is still missing on the due date, your admin panel is locked but your catalogue stays online and you are notified by email. If it is still unpaid three days later, the catalogue is switched off too. Paying restores everything immediately.
Yes. You can add another pack of 100 products at any time. You pay only for the extra packs, for the days left in your current period, and your next renewal covers the full new limit. Lowering your limit, or switching between monthly and yearly, takes effect when your plan renews.
